About the Villa

About the Retreat

Each day begins with a morning pilates class followed by a delicious breakfast.

Lounge by the poolside, explore the land and sea, or rest and relax during the day. Sip fresh coconut water while connecting in good conversation with friends old and new.

Reconvene late afternoon for a more restorative style pilates class full of stretchy awesomeness and share an evening feast fueled by the freshest locally sourced authentic cuisine.
