Foundations

This class is the perfect introduction to Pilates, guiding you through fundamental principles in a safe yet challenging workout. Discover what Pilates is all about while building a strong foundation.

Recommendation: Start with 5-10 Foundations classes before moving on to next level classes.

Pre-natal clients: Safe


Water

Dedicate 50 minutes to reconnecting with your body—building strength while creating length. Reset, refresh, and feel the difference.

Recommended Progression: Ideal after 5–10 Foundations-level classes.

Pre-natal clients: Safe


Fire

Elevate your Pilates practice with a dynamic full-body workout designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Embrace the challenge, ignite your energy, and bring on the fire!

Recommended Progression: Perfect after mastering Water.

Pre-natal clients: Safe up to second trimester


Air

Get your heart pumping in this 50-minute, cardio-focused class featuring the Pilates jump board. Designed for high-energy movement with low impact on your joints, this workout builds stamina while keeping your body supported.

Recommended Routine: Take this class 2–3 times a week alongside our other Pilates classes for a balanced mix of strength and cardio training.

Stretch

Treat yourself with a 50-minute stretch session using the Pilates reformer. Letting go of unnecessary tension in the mind and body will help with focus, performance and moods. 

Recommendation: Combine our Stretch class back to back with another class on our schedule.
