Reformer + Jump Board is a Reformer Certification Program that includes all levels of Reformer and Jump Board choreography as well as lectures on Special Populations II and modifications to make pilates accessible for every body.

    • Special Populations II, Pre- and Post - Natal, Modifications

    • Skills for successful programming and teaching

    • Classical Pilates combined with Contemporary Pilates

    • Mentoring Hours

NB: Mat + Anatomy training is a pre-requisite to Reformer + Jump Board training.
