PRIVACY POLICY
Our privacy policy states that we do not share or obtain contact information with third parties, or states that the text message opt-in is not shared with anyone except the entity that the end user shared their consent with.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By joining Care•To Pilates, you agree to follow our rules, including respecting staff and members, using equipment properly, and wearing appropriate attire. Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid on time. Class bookings may require reservations, and cancellations must follow our policy. The studio is not liable for injuries or lost belongings. Members must be in good health and consult a doctor if needed. Misconduct may result in membership termination. We may update these terms at any time.
CANCELLATION
Out of respect to our hard-working team, we ask that you respect a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel through your MindBody account.
If you miss a class/ private, you will lose your credit. For unlimited members, you will be charged a $10 fee for late cancelling and a $20 fee for no show.
Late for your class?
For your own safety and out of respect for fellow practitioners and the instructors, you are not allowed into class past 10 minutes of start time. You will be charged $10 for missing a class.
WAITLIST
If you are waitlisted for a class and a spot opens more than 24h before class, MindBody will automatically add you to the class. Once you are added to the class, our cancellation policy will apply.
To avoid getting charged, please remove yourself from the waitlist if you know you will not be able to attend class.
CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
While we’d be sad to see you go, we ask for a two week notice of your departure plans.
FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP?
You can freeze your membership for minimum of 7 days and maximum of 14 days per year. We ask you to give us 2 weeks of notice.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.

PRE- AND POST-NATAL CLIENTS
We are so happy for this chapter of your life! Before class, please always let your instructor know of where you are in your journey so we can keep you and your baby safe. Please also note the safety recommendations for you under each class description.
We recommend privates from the second trimester. To help you safely transition into pilates post partum, we encourage you to book a private with our highly trained instructors.
GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED
We sell grip socks in the studio.
ZERO HARASSMENT POLICY
Care•To Pilates has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. We will not tolerate any behavior that violates this policy, including verbal abuse and threats towards the studio and instructors, regardless of the individual's position, status, or relationship to the studio.
Any individual found to have violated this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, which may include but is not limited to, warning, suspension, or termination of membership depending on the severity of the offense.
